All rates, terms & conditions quoted below are valid from 1st June 2022 until 31st Dec 2022

reserves the right to change or amend the rates when it deems necessary during the validity period.

All packages include

• Transfer by boat from Semporna – 50 Minutes to ,Mabul and return (on SIC basis).
• Accommodation at Aloha Mabul Scuba Lodge on twin sharing basis.
• Fresh Buffet Meals – breakfast/lunch/hi-tea/dinner.
• Tea/Coffee and cold water – served throughout the day at the restaurant daily.
• Single/Solo traveler is subjected to Single Supplement for OWN CHALET with NO SHARING option (Single Supplement rate: additional 50% from the above package rate)

Notes

1. All prices quoted above are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and EXCLUDES of Semporna Jetty Fee.
2. Jetty Fee – RM 2.00 per person for Malaysian, RM 10.00 per person for Expatriates (payable to the Municipal Council of Semporna) -implemented since 2012
3. Booking for 2022 subject for 6% SST charge (Excluded from the package rate)
4. Honeymoon/Simple decoration (setting on arrival day only) in the chalet is chargeable at RM 150.00 per setting.
5. To purchase Diver Package, one must be a certified/licensed diver
6. No pregnant woman are allowed by boat to Aloha Mabul Scuba Lodge, Mabul Island.
7. No dive allowed within 24 hours prior to departure flight time.
8. Snorkel by boat is not available
9. Diver guest are encourage to bring along their own equipment otherwise opt for rental Aloha Mabul Dive Centre.

Important Note

1. Only fully vaccinated travellers accepted into the resort.
2. Child below the ages of 12 years old must be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents/guardians.
3. Youth between the ages of 12 – 18 years old receiving at least one dose of vaccination.
4. Guest will bear cost of transportation and accomadation if symptomatic during the stay and tested positive.

• Regulator /gauges /octopus: 35 (RM) per day
• Mask: 10 (RM) per day
• Snorkel: 5 (RM) per day
• Wet Suit: 15 (RM) per day
• Fins: 10 (RM) per day
• Torch Light: 25 (RM) per day
• Life Jacket: 5 (RM) per day

***Additional fee will be charged for unscheduled transfers however 8 pax group booking will have flexible boat transfer time.

Insurance

We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, make sure you have an insurance policy that covers this activity. We strongly recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance covers accident, loss caused by cancellations, loss of luggage, personal property, medical expenses, medical evacuation and weather disruption / cancellations (including activity cancellations). Guests intending on participating in diving activities must ensure their insurance covers them for SCUBA related activities and has appropriate ‘depth ‘ coverage.

Check-Out Time from Chalet – 09.00 am (1 hour before boat depature to Semporna)

Breakfast 07:00 am to 09:00 am

Lunch 12:00 pm to 13:30 pm Hi Tea 04:10 pm

Dinner 19:00 pm to 20:30 pm

General Terms & Conditions

1. All booking require min 4 person or above.
2. The activity and Food serving as stated on your selected package.
3. Infant (0-6 Years Old), Children (6 – 11 years old), Children 12 and above considered adults.
4. Our Place is not suitable for guests traveling with pets.
5. Our places are surrounded by nature and not bugs and insects free. However, we are frequently doing fogging and sanitizing.
6. Our resorts is located in remote area. There is no TV and wifi at the resorts, however, Air-condition, hot shower, and power supply as schedule.
7. Children should be supervised by parents at all times.
8. Guests are kindly urged to purchase own travel insurance policy.
9. Accessibility- Please note that Aloha Mabul Dive Lodge are scuba diving resorts. We are inappropriate for wheelchairs and strollers, but perfect for anyone looking to get off the beaten path. Please keep this in mind before booking your reservation.
10. Accessibility- We are only accessible by boat. Please note on your departures time.
11. Electricity Power Supply – We only have limited power supply. Please note that our power generator will be on from 4:30PM (after sunset) to 08.30AM (Sunrise) and from 11:30AM to 01:30PM during day. So, you are advice to charge all your device during the time period. RM100 per Hour for unscheduled power.
12. Our Kitchen & Food serve NO PORK.
13. If you or any of your group members is vegan or allergic with any kind of food do tell us earlier before your arrival.
14. Peak season might charge with different rate.
15. Postponing, extending & early departure travel date depending our resort availability and might charges.

Booking & Payment

Early Bird

Confirmation Deposit

50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, deposit must be paid within seven (7) days of the booking received to block your travel date and if you fail to confirm your book the date will be sold to others. (the amount is not inclusive of any bank charges).

Full Payment

Full payment (50% from the package rate) are required (30) days prior to arrival date (the amount is not inclusive of any bank charges).

Late Bird

Short Notice Booking

On short notice 100% of the package amount is payable to secure the travel.

Please email the bank remittance slip for our record and advice us the date of sending it.

All transactions must be in Australian Dollars.

A copy of remittance advise shall be faxed or email to us. Please indicate the name and the dates of the trip on your payment for reference.

Cancellations

Written notice must be given of any cancellation, early departures, or reduction in confirmed room reservations within the following notice periods.

Guest infected with covid-19 with proof only allowed to postponed travel date within 6 week calendar of considered No Show.

Charges for cancellations are as follows

30 days or more prior to arrival date – 50% of deposit paid. 7 days or less – 100% of total charges.

No Show – 100 of Total charges.
